Shipping Policy

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printful. Please review the shipping details below before placing an order.

Processing Time

  • Each product is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

  • During peak times (holidays, promotions, or supply chain delays), processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after processing are:

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • Please note: These are estimates provided by Printful and actual delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product, destination, and selected shipping method.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Jessi Rae Studios is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us via the Contact Us page and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with Printful to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

International Orders

  • We currently do not accept any international orders at this time.
