All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printful. Please review the shipping details below before placing an order.
Processing Time
Each product is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
During peak times (holidays, promotions, or supply chain delays), processing times may be longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after processing are:
United States: 3–8 business days
Please note: These are estimates provided by Printful and actual delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product, destination, and selected shipping method.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
Lost or Delayed Packages
Jessi Rae Studios is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us via the Contact Us page and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with Printful to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
International Orders
We currently do not accept any international orders at this time.
